A cold front will continue to slide east. Behind it, strong northwesterly winds will increase later this morning and through the afternoon. Sustained winds 15-30 with wind gusts of 30-55 MPH.
A few rain showers across our northeastern counties will continue to push east this morning. Then a round of rain/snow showers will hit the north central to northeastern part of the state by later this afternoon as temperatures begin to fall. In terms of snow accumulation, very minimal if any accumulation expected.
