We will see breezy northwest winds today as the first system exits that brought snow accumulation to the central and southern half of the state last night. Temperatures will rise into the upper 30s to lower/middle 40s on Tuesday and then back into the 20s and lower 30s the rest of the week. A clipper system will pass through on Tuesday with the chance of some flurries across northwest Iowa later in the afternoon. Then all eyes are on a larger storm system that will impact the area Wednesday night through Friday with the potential for light to moderate snow accumulation. Below is a look at snowfall reports from last night’s event.
